Certified Location bookings

I would so prefer to be able to book a CL online or at least be able to e mail a booking and get a response via e mail than have to hang on a phone waiting for someone to pick up. Does Anyone feel the same? I am not asking for 'you can't bend it' websites,
just an e mail address will do.  I now avoid the hassle of having to phone and tend to choose those CLs that offer an e mail booking system. It's so much easier.
