Ask the expert

I am confused. I have asked this months expert about an issue I have with Alan Rogers camping cheques. Do I have to wait until the next expert comes along ( ie lines of communication are closed) or is there another way (other than CT) to get this query answered.
Is it me? Happy for any advice.
