Problem with my new Bailey Unicorn
In March of last year we bought a new Bailey Unicorn Cadiz from Chichester caravans in Bromsgrove. We fell in love with as soon as we saw it. Within a couple of months the laminate moulding, around the lounge area lights, distorted and came away from the
ceiling. We took it back Chichester Caravans, and they fitted a complete new laminate moulding under warranty. The same problem occurred once more, but worse than previously. We have now been told that this has happened to so many of these models, that Bailey
has changed the design and is replacing the laminate with a plastic moulding. Our caravan is now again at Chichester caravans awaiting the new part and has been there for alomst two weeks. We do not seem to be able to get any idea as to when the part will
be available from Bailey. Chichester caravans at Bromsgrove have been as helpful as they can, but Bailey seem to be dragging their feet with this problem. Have any other members experienced this, and can our caravan club help in any way to solve our problem?
