Site Toilets

Is it club policy that when the over spill toilets are used when the main toiler block is being cleaned are UNISEX? I have just experianced this on a site when I went to use the Gentsduring cleaning time. When I asked if the gents toilets were out of use
as the female toilest were being used as unisex they replied by saying the Gents would only be used if the site was more than half full. I found the use of the females for both sexs during this time very disconcerning. Can anyone shine a light on this?
