Southern sites close to bus routes?

Hi, I'm yet to venture out in my recently acquired motorhome (Yes, a newbie) and wondered if anyone could advise of sites close to bus routes on the coast in Dorset / Devon?  I'm a little wary of venturing out and trying to park safely in local towns for
the day.  (My motorhome is 5.95m long)
