CLs on the beach

I wonder if anyone can direct me to a CL near or nearly on a beach? I have a hankering to wake up looking at the sea but when I do a search all I find 'is within 5 miles'.  Electric hook up is the most desirable (we can do without showers & Loos etc
given our own on board facilities) permission for  Esmeralda and Drumstick the dog kids are a must.  Not really worried about location as long as it is not too far North (we live in Kent) but having said that, any suggestions would be most welcome.  Thanks
