Which rules?

In another discussion I made a comment that people reserving pitches for others was, in my eyes, a minor rule infringement. This made me think  about which rules would I personally like the see enforced without exception and which ones would I give wardens
flexibility on? 

The ''no ball games'' and the ''picking up after your dog'' rules  would be my number ones for enforcing without exception, probably followed by the ''all dogs on leads'' and ''5mph''. What about yours?
