Fiamma Awning? 2011 Autocruise StarSpirit M HY

We have a F45 l ti awning fitted to the side of our 2011 Autocruise StarSpirit Motorhome. We are considering buying:

a). a Fiamma 'Privacy Room'. 

b)   2 x  Side W Pro Shade Panel with window & blind, no doorway (we have been offered these 2 panels at £90 each from an acquaintance - they have been used once). We would have to purchase the Fiamma Blocker Pro Front Panel, no blind, no doorway. 

I have checked details on LeisureOutlet.com

Your advice and experiences of the above would be welcome. Thank you.

    People who 'caravan' (even though it's a motorhome) sometimes find them useful.

    However we, and so many more, tend to do a lot more travelling, stopping only for two or three days at a time.

    The size and weight don't really allow for that kind of use.

    We actually removed our awning some years ago to save weight (35Kgs) for a particular trip and never did reinstall it!!!
