Newbies to rallies

Looking to dip our toes into the world of rallying in February 14  with a valentines weekend rally with the South Yorkshire centre never rallied before so  not sure what to take. Will a 9kg gas cylinder be enough to run my fridge, heating, hot water , cooking
for a weekend ?
