Amending CC Bookings

Hi All,

Just tried to amend my bookiking at New Forest as it looked a bit cheap!! I noticed that I had opted for a standard pitch without awning and I needed to change this for a standard pitch
with awning and you can't seem to do this on line.

So rang the site and no problem it was changed - still early I suppose - but wonder if this is normal or have I done something wrong - most probable!!
