Do any South East/Southern CC storage sites offer tow out and back in services ?

    Do you mean towing out of their storage compound onto one of their pitches ready for your arrival, then back into their compound after you leave?  If so, Kloofs Caravan Park at Bexhill on Sea does this. We use it to store our caravan as we live nearby. They
    also put the van into a departure area for you if you're going away and, when you get back, you return it to the same place and they put it back in the storage compound.

    Club site storage you have to tow in and out possibly due to staff not covered by insurance. Hope this helps.

    Sorry that should be insurance, it is the heat here in the Lot France 33c today.
