Wimbledon again!
I am probably going to make myself very unpopular with a large section of the forum now but are there any out there that feel the same as me please? I do not like tennis and have no desire to watch it even if there are home players involved. Why on earth
do the BBC revert to ramming it down our throats on both channels for up to 12 hours a day with live play, repeats, and endless discussion on the same? I am absolutely furious this evening, turning on BBC 1 to watch a couple of programmes I like only to see
that they have been kicked into touch because some guy called Murray is playing. Just who is this guy that can ruin my viewing? Turn over to BBC 2 which shows that Wimbledon is on and they have replaced that schedule with repeats of obscure bits and pieces.
I pay my licence fee for a variety of entertainment, not constant knocking a ball backwards and forwards. Roll on Sunday week when we return no normality.
