A day after Geofrey Councell was cleared by the judge (rightly so IMHO) for causing that crash on the M5 the madness continues. I drove down the same stretch this morning in thick fog and in the conditions would not drive any faster than 40mph. It was beyond
belief the large number of vehicles that were driving at 70mph, many without any lights whatsoever, driving into what was just a wall of fog. There was no way that they would have stopped if a collision had ocurred - another serious accident waiting to happen.
When will they learn?
