I have a year old Roller Team 590 and the floor was repaired for delamination in November last year. The floor is again showing signs of delamination. Anyone had a similar problem?

Is the process of rebonding sound and long lasting?

The only way to re-bond the floor is to get more glue in it. if it is wood then an epoxy resin would do it. I assume that the Dealer has done something like this. I have done it on a boat and drilled lots of very small holes then used a syringe to force the epoxy into the wood. Best bet would be to return it and ask for the damaged floor to be replaced under guarantee.
