Green Mould

Can anyone help me. In the front of our caravan condensation in the winter has caused green mould to go into the windowsill. I have tried bleach, washing up liquid, vinegar, stardrops. can anyone help on how to get rid of this.

we don't have a leak in this area it is purely condensation.
