Alarm help on Fiat Ducato Hymer

After 3 months off the road our Sigma alarm has stopped working.  The keyfobs and internal keypad won't set or reset the alarm but when I try to start it the alarm comes on.

The siren is inside the dashboard, but can't find it to disconnect it. New batteries in keyfobs.  

Does any one know if the alarm is wired to the engine battery or leisure battery? Both are well charged..



Have removed boh fuses marked alarm, but this has not stopped the siren.  Workshops all busy and I can't drive it to them or go away!  Just taxed it too.

Any help appreciated.
