Replacement Tyres

This has probably been disucssed before but perhaps things have changed since any messages were posted.  According to my owners book the tyres for my Compass Omega should be 195 70 R14 95.  I have spent all afternoon doing Google searches for replacement
tyres, I have phoned local tyre companies, and the local caravan dealer to no avail.  The major home fit suppliers don't recognise NE Scotland (perhaps an opening for me if and when I retire) so any suggestions where I can acquire tyres of this size or suggestions
for a legal alternative would be most welcome.
