Seasonal Canine Virus...a bit worried!!!

Hi all.  We are bookd for Sandringham Club Site over Xmas and New Year.  I have been a bit worried rethe Dog Virus on there..Can anyone say if it happens over this period at all?   I am really looking forward to going there for Xmas..but with a small Dog
it is a worry..Anyone any info please.  Thanks  x
