Skoda Superb Estate Spare Wheel

We are shortly to order a new Skoda Superb Estate 4WD 2lt diesel automatic Elegance.  I feel sure that when I read in the Club recent magazine that this towcar of the year 2014 came with a full size spare wheel.  Yet the dealer tells me it only comes with
a repair kit.

I am confused - should this car come with a full sized spare or not.  Would welcome your comments please.
