Tracker Problem

I bought a new van in May and I get an alert from the tracker almost every time I use the alarm, The fault apears to be that the PIR on the alarm (Sargent) is unscreened and is sending false alerts to the tracker unit. The van manufacturers are awaiting
production of screened PIR's then they will get me one.  I hope this information is of use to other members as I cannot be the only person with this problem
