Centre Renewal

My centre membership is due to expire on the 30/12/12. I have gone to the tab join or renew centre membership where it shows this date. However it says I can renew online from early December 13?

How do I go about renewing as there is no button to renew as it says I can only renew in a years time!!

Any suggestions.
