Electric Kettles

We are new caravanners due to pick up our S/H Bailey Senator Arizona in May. So we are busy buying the inevitable starter kit. The thing that is causing most problems is sourcing low wattage electricals such as electric kettle, hair dryer ( it has built
in microwave and radio/cd which I assume are low wattage). Any recommendations or do you all boil water on the stove?
