Filter in aqua roll floating - how to fix

I am New to caravaning and had my first weekend away the filter on the flixable hose in the Aqua roll kept floating.

I am a Plumber to stop the problem i removed the filter and fed the flixable pipe down a 270mm length of 15mm Hep20 Hard plastic pipe and re fiited the filter. This stoped the filter floating and kept it at the bottom of the Aqua roll.

    Good bit of advice. I have been doing this for about 9 years and am sorry to say have never thought of posting this. Well Done.

    i agree its a very good idea but the pipe should be removed periodically and cleaned as the inside gets gunged up

    Well said 'thegibsons', I forgot to mention this. I have a cork which fits inside the pipe and fill it with a sterolising solution when I do the aquaroll.
