Bailey Plastic Staining

I bought a Bailey Unicorn III last November and although ive cleaned the exterior regulary (at least monthly) all the plastic bumper area's have developed black streak marks which wont budge ive tried several specialist products but i  can't shift them,
apreciate your idea's
