Motorhome - treating the underfloor

I have a 2001 Compass Cruiser, and while having it serviced we decided to have the chasis sprayed. We noticed a little corrosion in the wooden underfloor where the floor meets the cab which will need attention. Any suggestions? Also should I treat the wholw
of the underfloor as a precautionary measure?
