Water Pump not running.

Hi There.

I have an Abbey Domino 1998.  I can't get the pump to work.  I have checked the pump on the battery and it works fine.  I have checked the voltage at the pump connection which is also the pressure valve and it seems to be 12.4 volts.  When I plug in the
pump the red light on the panel goes out which i think means it is up to pressure which obviously is not.  Any help or test pointers would be brilliant.  Thanks again.
