Taxable Weight - 3500kg but should be 5200kg

Hi Again,

My Burtsner i820 Elegance V5 shows a taxable weight for 3500kg.

But the plate on the body states 5200kg.

Obviously it will be cheaper to tax so should i contact the DVLA to reasses the tax weight, or are there drawbacks to having it reset to 5200kg?
