How does the Caravan Club define awings on motorhomes? Our RV is fitted with a side mounted wind out sun shade which is about 16 feet long and winds out to a distance of about 3 metres. Is this classified as an awning and when booking a pitch do I need to
book an awning pitch? To my mind an awning is a tent like structure attached temporarily to either a caravan or motorhome? Any views please?
