Snooper advice needed

I purchased a snooper S6450 Ventura pro caravan club edition from capital stores on 6 July 2014 I had problems with it in April 2015 I contacted capital stores and they told me to contact the snooper technical helpline so I have
been dealing with snooper technical helpline since April it has been returned to them on three occasions and they have not been able to fix the problem I recently contacted capital stores to ask for a refund or replacement and they have told me that as the
warranty is now out I would have to Contact snooper customer service to try and get it repaired and it would be at the discretion of Snooper if I had to pay for the repair
I feel that this problem occurred when it was still 3 months in warranty as it has not been fixed it is an ongoing problem what advice can you give me to try and resolve this problem
