Washroom Tap

Hi I wonder if anyone out there can help me. I have a Bailey Pageant series 7 which has the same long neck tap in the washroom as it has in the kitchen. It does seem to be a tad long for a washroom. What I would like to know is does anyone know if there is
a manufacturer who could supply a direct replacment shorter neck mono block tap to replace the origional. Any help would be greatley appreciated. Also I am considering retro fitting a front centre chest but am not sure where I would locate this item.
