Caravan covers

Hi, i am about to buy a Pro-tec caravan cover and looking for advice from members who have used one.

I was recently advised to move all the seating away from the walls, uncover any drop vents, open all the lockers and wardrobe doors ect.

Then put all the windows on the ventilation setting, has anyone done this??

the caravan will remain on site unattended for 5 months, not sure about the windows on ventilation settings, will this give bugs a home inside the van during the winter months or will it be ok

What do you do when fitting your cover???
