Can I please ask the advice of those of you who tour? We have had our van for 2 years now but so far we have just driven it to one site and stayed a while then gone home. This year we are thinking about doing a bit of a tour of Scotland. This is the route we've looked at;

Home – Rashercap 45 miles

Rashercap – Beesknowe 70 miles

Beesknowe – Car’s Hill 60 miles

Car’s Hill – The Beeches 55 miles

The Beeches – Bridge House 95 miles/Pitrennie Mill 46 miles

Bridge house/Pitrennie Mill - Druim Heath 93miles/98miles

Druim Heath – Bunree/ Dallachulish 93miles/115 miles

Bunree/ Dallachulish - South Netherhouses 106miles/107 miles

South Netherhouses - Low Glengyre Farm 79 miles

Low Glengyre Farm – Longriggthorn 116 miles

Longriggthorn – home 60 miles

The idea is to spend between 2 and 3 weeks on the route so we wouldn't stay anywhere longer than 2 nights I don't think and may well need to move on each day as realistically we will probably have to stick to closer the 2 weeks ("home" is actually my parents house where the van is kept so we also have a 280 mile trip between London and the van at the start and end of the trip). Am I trying to fit in too much or does it look doable? We could miss out the top bit and go from The Beeches straight to South Netherhouses. Thanks.
