rooflight advice

Does anyone know of heki rooflight repairers in Scotland or north of England.the cable in my heki 3 seems to have stretched when I wind it open.we live on the isle of arran & will be taking a trip as far as Yorkshire shortly. I do not wish to fiddle with
this myself.any advice will be appreciated.
