Still waiting for refund

YellI was going to have my van put into seasonal storage, so made all the payments.  Had to cancel (within the time limit).   On the 19//03/14
was  told I would get the full payment refunded to my bank, 29th still no refund, rang CC, was informed it had been actioned on the 26th, it being a weekend was told " to give it til Monday". Well it's Wednesday and still no refund!  Rang them again but have
just hung-up, after being on hold for 10 mins!   Surely with faster payments ect nowerdays, it's not unreasnable to expect a refund in a couple of days!  

I sometime wonder if the CC still uses the abacus!
