Cornwall here we come!

We are travelling from North Yorkshire down to Cornwall for 2 weeks in August and we are planning to travel overnight leaving @ midnight.  We have booked in at Ashe Farm for a day to break the journey up, and have a little bit of catch up sleep.  My question
is, where is best to fill up with fuel on the journey south somewhere on the M5, with easy access for a competant but nervous tower embarking on there first long haul trip! Thanks for your time guys.
