Get you home driver

Hi. I have a potentially serious condition that may at some unpredictable future time make driving difficult. The diagnosis catches me in the middle of buying a new Motorhome. Whether  I can continue depends on finding out whether it is possible if necessary
to hire a driver to get us home from anywhere in UK or Western Europe. The get you home element of our vehicle recovery insurance only works if the 'only' driver is incapacitated. My wife having a licence would negate this, even though she believes herself
incapable of driving such a vehicle anywhere, never mind abroad or on motorways, something she has never done. Has anyone knowledge or experience concerning the avaibility of a driver for hire service?
