Jaguar S type

Anyone towing with S type all the figures stack up for my van no problem but over easter I saw an S type pull onto the Site as we were leaving and the rear end was nearly on the floor

So was wondering if it was a badly loaded van or do they have a soft rear end ,at the moment I use X type
