Southport Site Redevelopment

I have just read the November Issue of the Caravan Club Magazine which contained details of the Site Redevelopments for this winter. There was no mention of the redevelopment of the Southport Site. Does any member know what is happening at this site as the redevelopment was supposed to take place during 2012 and 2013? We stayed at the site in April 2012 and there was no sign of any redevelopment then.
