Hooking up and setting up sequence!

We had a motorhome for 2 years, but sadly parted with her earlier this year. We are missing our weekends away and are looking to buy a caravan instead. Whilst we knew the routine for setting Dora up, caravanning is a fair bit different! Does anyone have
a checklist for hooking up at home and then for setting up when on site? Really excited to be getting out and about again, although very nervous about towing!
