Unidentified caravan

Hi All

Whilst on site this weekend I spotted a make of caravan that I hadn't come across before. It was badged up Weardale Explorer, I never got chance to engage the owner in chat to identify it, I fancied it may have been a compass badged up as a dealer special.
The van looked to be at least 10 to 15 years old. Any body come across one of these? It's buging the hell out if me as to what it was.
