Cleaner for fridge vents

Hi Folks,

It's that time of year again when I look at the caravan in the drive and think it needs some love after the winter. I washed it yesterday but noticed the fridge vents on the outside of the van (an Ace Award Nightstar 2003) are going a bit yellow. 

Can anyone recommend something to clean them with or is this just something that happens with age?
