Waste Warrior?

Hi.. Can someone please clarify if I am ok to empty my Waste Warrior grey water into the Elsan point? What do I use the 2 Bungy straps for that come with it?

First trip in the new van tomorrow so I'm asking the stupid questions before I get to site!
