Ne190 control panel

hi all urgent help needed! I've loaned my caravan to friends who are now in France and cannot get the 12v to work. The NE190 panel shows 13v but no power to lights or toilet. Anyone know of a quick fix for this. Pressing the buttons make no difference.

    For 12v to work all the 12v switches (under bed or in a cupboard somewhere) must be on.  To charge battery the charger switch must also be on.

    On ours, after the panel is turned on, the "caravan battery" symbol on the panel must also be selected to use from it.

    13v does not sound like a fully charged battery.

    To get the pump to work the pump button must be pressed once the control panel has been turned on.

    Is the fridge working?  It also needs a 12v supply.

    If no power from charger, which runs the 12v when on EHU, then could be a duff charger or a fuse somewhere.

    If there is 13 volts things should work. I would check the fuses first. I am assuming things were working before and this has just happened.
