Electric appliances what watts!!

hi, everyone ,being new to caravaning (pickthe van up in mid june) ive noticed that different sites have various amp hook ups,my van will have a 75amp leisure battery,is it ok to use electric kettles and toasters ie 2000watt that you buy in superstores or
do you need low wattage appliances 7-900 watts?? any advice most welcome thanks.
