Centre minutes

Why have centres been informed by the Caravan Club that centre members are not allowed to see confirmed centre minutes. Surely the centres are an open book and centres are run by the members for the members and the better informed members are, the more help
centre committees would receive.

Or is the caravan Club becoming a closed and secret society.
