Having just spent a weekend away, and having read many posts on the forum over the past few weeks regarding pegs, pitches, cancellations rules etc,etc...

I would like to thank all of the wardens who in my opinion have over the last few weeks, have done more in the call of duty than many are given credit for. Last year was the worst summer regarding pitch condition and this year hasn't got off to the best
start. Stories of snow clearing, gritting, helping members thaw pipes etc, above and beyond reception, toilets blocks, bins.

They work hard, give them a smile and a thank you. Lets hope both wardens and members get a summer we all deserve!
