New to Rallies

Hi, I am not only new to rallies but new to caravanning and the caravan club.  We pick up our caravan on August 16th and are booked into our first rally in Cumbria the weekend after.  In the rally brochure there is a "plaque type" at the top of every page...what
does this mean.  Also any info for a new rallier would be welcomed eg do i need to take anything specific.
