On Friday when we went to get our caravan from storage we noticed it had been damaged.  It has an approx 40cm groove towards the bottom front end of the caravan and at this point the awning is bent. There is also scrapes along the window.  Luckily our next
door neighbour in storage has admitted scrapping it after the storage owner phoned him up.   My Question is what steps do we take now.  Our caravan is a Lunar and is coming up to one year old.  Do we need to tell our insurance or as he has accepted liability
do we just get a quote and he pays. I guess another thing to consider is our insurance will be due for renewal in the next few weeks.  Does anyone have any experience of this situation?  Will we be able to tell when it has been fixed and will the damage effect
the warranty?  I know i've asked alot of questions but any advice is appreciated as this is new to me.
