What tow bar can I have?

Hi all new to this but I need help have just purchased a new car peogeot 4007 has drop down boot. But I have a old van but she is beautiful and use old style blade stabiliser with a fixed bracket that goes behind towball 

 

so please help me and tell me what option I have
