Missing pages from fiat ducato owner handbook

Hi eveveryone 

we are the 2nd owners of a 2007 bessacar 560 motorhome on the fiat ducato cab. When looking for something in the owner manual we discovered pages 143 /4 (from the emergency section) are missing  and wondered if there is anyone out there who could kindly
copy / scan said pages and email to us.

also can anyone tell me where I can find the locking wheel nut key.
